Air Parcel Service
Service Availability
ECMS Air Parcel currently supports shipping to the following destinations: the United States, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, and Australia.

Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
- Actual delivery time may vary by destination. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, customs procedures, or logistical constraints. International delivery timelines are subject to change, and we appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Requirements
- The shipping address must be provided in English.
- The recipient's legal (real) name is required. Incorrect or incomplete names may result in customs clearance failure or return shipments. Any resulting costs will be borne by the user.
- Delivery to parcel stations, pickup points (Smart Post), lockers, post offices, or PO Boxes is not supported. Please provide a valid residential address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by destination and can be calculated using the [International Shipping Calculator].
Chargeable weight is determined by comparing:
- Actual (physical) weight
- Volumetric weight
- The higher of the two will be used.
*Volumetric weight formula: (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000

Battery Restrictions
Lithium batteries are strictly prohibited for shipping.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Power banks, Smartphones and tablets, Laptops, Game consoles, Spare or replacement lithium batteries
Dry Batteries (Rechargeable – Type A)
- Must be installed inside the device (cannot be shipped separately)
- Maximum 4 battery-containing items per package
Dry Batteries (Disposable – Type B)
- No quantity limit

Other Notes
Customs and Duties
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or taxes may apply.
If duties are assessed:
- The recipient is responsible for completing customs procedures and paying applicable fees.
- ECMS Air Parcel will notify recipients via email or SMS regarding customs clearance or duty payment requirements.

Package Returns
A package may be returned if:
- It fails to meet customs requirements
- Tax payment is delayed
- Prohibited items are detected
Returned packages are eligible for 30 days of free storage from the date of arrival at the warehouse.
To resend the package within this period, users must pay all applicable fees, including return and reshipping costs. Packages not reshipped within 30 days will be considered abandoned.
*Return shipping fees apply. The carrier will notify you of the exact charges after the package is returned to the Doorzo warehouse.
Notes on Receipt and Inspection
Before signing for delivery, carefully inspect the contents regardless of the package's external condition.
We strongly recommend:
- Taking photos or videos during unboxing
- Preserving the original packaging, labels, and contents
If items are missing or damaged upon delivery:
- Contact the carrier immediately to obtain official proof
- Notify Doorzo customer service within five days of receipt
*Please retain all relevant documents until the issue is fully resolved.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost due to handling or customs inspection:
- Record a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package
- Contact the carrier for documentation
- Notify Doorzo within five days
Doorzo will assist in submitting a compensation claim to the carrier. Approved compensation will be refunded accordingly.
*Claims submitted after the deadline or with incomplete documentation cannot be processed.
Important Notice on Fragile Items
Doorzo does not provide proxy purchase services for fragile items, including but not limited to:
- Glass products
- Ceramics
- Frames
*Shipping compensation does not cover these items. Purchases are made at the user's own risk.
Due to international shipping limitations, Doorzo cannot assist with damage claims related to:
- CD cases
- Paper products
- Outer packaging boxes
*Please avoid purchasing these items if the condition is a concern.
If items are lost during customs or courier inspection, contact the carrier or customs authorities immediately.
