Doorzo is unable and under no obligation to review and classify the specific item category for its users. It is essential that you confirm whether the items you are purchasing comply with the relevant regulations and policies of the destination country or region before making a purchase. In case the goods violate import regulations, the user will bear full responsibility for any risks that may arise.
If Doorzo identifies that the user's purchased items include internationally prohibited items, Doorzo reserves the right to cancel the order unilaterally. Any transaction fees charged by third parties, such as credit card companies, for processing refunds and any consequences that may arise from shipping prohibited items, such as confiscation or disposal by third parties, will be the user's responsibility.

Large items (such as fishing rods, pool cues, golf clubs, bicycles, skis, life-size figures, car bumpers, tires, wheels, car seats, door trims, exhaust pipes, front car parts, furniture, etc.) are subject to limited shipping options, and international shipping costs are higher. Please be cautious when purchasing. Doorzo's definition of large items:
• Weight: Over 30kg including packaging).
• Dimensions: Any side exceeding 150cm, or length + (width + height) × 2 exceeding 300cm.

Large items may require special packaging, with additional packaging fees starting from 1600 yen (specific fees will be calculated based on the actual situation). They require specialized logistics channels for transportation, and some countries may have import restrictions or additional taxes/fees.
