Customs Clearance and Taxes

① General Information

Depending on destination regulations, parcels may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, consumption taxes, or customs clearance fees.
This shipping method does not include tax payment or customs brokerage services. If taxes must be paid or customs documents must be submitted, the recipient must complete the required procedures and bear the related costs in accordance with instructions from the local customs authorities or carrier.
If a parcel is held, returned, or incurs additional charges because the recipient fails to pay taxes on time, submits the required documents, or cooperates with customs clearance, the user will be responsible for all resulting costs and liabilities. Delays caused by customs procedures or pending tax payments are not eligible for compensation.
Duty-free thresholds, tax rates, and customs clearance policies vary by destination and may change at any time. Please refer to the latest notice issued by the local customs authorities or carrier.

*Do not discard the parcel, products, packaging, or any related evidence until the After-Sales Team has completed its review, as doing so may affect your claim.
