Once an order is placed, users cannot cancel. Returns or refunds are not allowed once the goods have arrived and are stored in the warehouse.

How to use
1) Search
Enter the name of the product you want to search for. Use Japanese for more accurate results.
Don't speak Japanese? No problem! Enable the built-in translation feature and search in Indonesian (or English).

2) Place an Order
Place your order directly on the product page or add items to your cart to pay for everything in one transaction.

3) Warehouse (Doorzo Warehouse)
Items purchased through Doorzo will be shipped to our warehouse in Japan. We provide 60 days of free storage and 30 days of paid storage.
Delivery
Items in the warehouse can be combined (consolidated) for shipping. The first ten orders are free of consolidation fees.
You can choose to combine multiple items or ship them separately.
Once items from various sellers or sites arrive at the warehouse, you can select the consolidation option in the “My Orders” menu.
Doorzo bundles all your orders into one package for more economical shipping.
4) Delivery
Doorzo provides a variety of shipping methods for your items. After paying the international shipping fee, the item will be sent via international shipping service directly to your address.
Due to differences in shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times may vary. Terms and conditions regarding restrictions and prohibited items may also vary by method.

Before your item arrives at Doorzo's warehouse in Japan, you can estimate shipping costs using the “Shipping Calculator” feature in the app.
Once the delivery is made, you can track your package directly through the app.
