If my package is returned, can I get a refund? Do I need to pay again to reship?
If your package has been returned, please take note of the following important points:
1. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For packages originally shipped via EMS or ePacket Light, no return fee will be charged. However, you will still need to pay for the reshipping cost when sending the package again.
2. Returned items cannot be refunded. Once the package is returned to the warehouse, you may choose a new shipping method. After paying the required fees — international shipping fee + ¥500 reshipping handling fee, your items will be shipped back to you.
※ Returned packages cannot be consolidated, but can be split (an extra splitting fee applies).
3. Once the return package arrives at the warehouse, please complete the reshipping process within 30 days. If no action is taken within the time limit, the package will be considered discarded.
