Why was I charged even though I didn’t make any transaction at that time?
We use a credit card pre-authorization system. When you make a payment, the system temporarily freezes the order amount rather than charging it immediately.
The actual charge time is determined by your card-issuing bank, so you may see the amount reflected on your statement even if you did not make any other transactions during that period. This is a normal part of the pre-authorization process.
