After applying for a package investigation, how long will it take to get the result? Can I receive full compensation?
Different logistics providers have different processing times. International investigations typically take 1–3 months.
If it is determined that the package is lost, Doorzo will proactively contact the logistics provider to apply for compensation. Any updates will be communicated to you via inside messages.
