Does Doorzo handle customs clearance for me, or do I need to clear customs myself?
Different logistics methods and destination countries have different handling procedures.
If you have not paid DDP or other related taxes through Doorzo, the logistics provider will generally handle customs declaration on your behalf.
If your package incurs taxes or requires customs clearance, the local post office or customs will usually notify you via SMS, registered mail, or phone.
If your tracking shows “Pending Customs Payment” but you have not received any notification, please contact your local post office or customs for assistance.
