All orders are not eligible for customer cancellation once payment has been completed. Please think through your purchases before ordering.
1. If we cannot procure your requested item due to unavailability or being sold out while we process your order, a full refund, including any associated purchase fees, will be initiated within 24 hours.
2. If we successfully processed your order, but subsequently, the order is canceled by the seller or a cancellation notification is received, we will issue a full refund including the purchase fee within 3 working days after the refund from the seller is received.
3. If a seller fails to ship your order for an extended period, typically exceeding two weeks, and without providing any notification regarding shipping, you may contact our customer support to request a refund.
4. If we do not receive a timely response from sellers on Mercari or other individual sellers for more than two days, we will be unable to proceed with your purchase. In such cases, we will issue a full refund, including the purchase service fee, within two working days from the time of our comment.
