③ Air Mail: While the fees are relatively higher, the delivery time is second only to EMS.

④ Surface Mail: Shipped by sea, this option provides a cost-effective solution for heavier packages and packages with less time sensitivity.

1. Restrictions on the number of items in one package: 

Japan Post does not limit the number of items shipping from Japan. However, please be mindful of any restrictions imposed by the destination country.

2. Quantity limit for items with batteries:

① Lithium batteries→ must be installed in the device and cannot be shipped separately, such as with cameras, gaming consoles, phones, tablets, and computers.

★Each package is limited to 2 items containing rechargeable batteries.

② Dry batteries type A (disposable batteries) → must be installed in the device and cannot be shipped separately.

★Each package is limited to 4 items containing dry batteries.

③ Dry batteries type B (disposable batteries)→have no quantity limit, but it is advisable to ship them in small quantities, such as for watches, capsule toys, etc.

④ Small button batteries (disposable batteries) →have no quantity limit, but it is advisable to ship them in small quantities, such as for watches, capsule toys, etc.

If the number of batteries in a package exceeds the specified limits, there is a high chance of rejection when using air shipping methods such as EMS, Air, and Registered Small Packet. While considering Surface Mail is recommended, we cannot guarantee the package won't be rejected. Therefore, it is important to choose the shipping method carefully with an awareness of the risks involved with air shipping.

【Customs and Duties】

When sending packages to different countries, it's important to be aware that customs duties might apply depending on the destination country's regulations and policies. In cases where customs duties are required, the recipient is responsible for following the instructions provided by the customs or shipping carrier of the respective country. Additionally, the recipient is accountable for any taxes and fees associated with the package.

【Package Return】

When a package fails to meet customs entry standards, payment of taxes is delayed, the recipient rejects delivery, or prohibited items are discovered and the package is returned to our warehouse, we offer a free storage period of 30 days from the date of its arrival. During this period, kindly ensure that you resend the package by paying the entire shipping cost of the selected shipping option, including the return and resending shipping fees.

※ Return shipping fees are usually applicable, and the specific costs will be informed by the shipping carrier after the package is returned to the Doorzo warehouse.

Kindly note that if you do not choose to resend within 30 days, the package will be considered abandoned.

【Notes for Signing Receipt】

Before you sign the delivery note, it is important to thoroughly examine the items inside the box, regardless of the package's external appearance. We highly recommend taking pictures or videos to document the condition of both the package and its contents. Please make sure to keep the original state of the package intact, including the shipping label, packaging, and cushioning materials.

If you discover any missing or damaged items after signing the delivery receipt, please immediately contact the shipping carrier to obtain proof of loss or damage. Then, please get in touch with our customer service and provide all the relevant information within 5 days after signing for the delivery.

It's important not to dispose of any relevant documents while our after-sales department handles the issue. This will help prevent complications and ensure a smooth process for seeking reimbursement.

【After-sales for Damaged/Lost Packages 】

1. If your package is damaged or lost during shipping due to improper handling, courier mishandling, or customs inspection, it's essential to retain photos of the opened package or have a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened state of the package. This will help us process your request more efficiently. Please contact the shipping carrier to obtain proof of loss or damage and send all necessary information to our customer service within 5 days after signing for the delivery. We will assist you through the entire process of applying for compensation with the shipping carrier. Once it is approved, we will promptly refund the full amount to you.

2. If your application for compensation exceeds the specified deadline or if the required documentation is incomplete, Doorzo cannot assist in processing your reimbursement request.

3. Doorzo does not offer proxy purchases for fragile items such as glass, ceramics, frames, etc. As these items are not covered by shipping compensation, any associated risks are assumed by you if you choose to purchase them. Please be aware that due to the complexities of international shipping, Doorzo cannot assist in seeking compensation for damages to items such as CD cases, paper products, and outer packaging boxes. If you have concerns, we recommend refraining from purchasing such items.
