Once you begin using any product or service provided by Doorzo, it indicates your full understanding and agreement that we will collect, use, store, and share your information through this Privacy Policy. 1. How we collect and use your personal information

 

When using our products/services, we may need to collect and use two types of your personal information:

1. For the basic functions necessary to provide you with our products and/or services, you are required to authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services.

2. For additional functions necessary for providing our products and/or services, you may choose whether or not to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use the related additional functions or obtain the intended function we aim to provide.

 

We hereby specifically remind you:

1. We are committed to creating a diverse range of products and services to meet your individual needs. Due to the variety of products and services we offer, as well as the different choices made by users, there may be variations in basic and additional functions, as well as the collection and use of personal information. Please refer to specific products or services for more details.

2. To enhance your product and service experience, we constantly strive for improvements in our products, services, and technology. As a result, there might be occasional introductions of new or optimized features that could necessitate gathering and utilizing additional personal data or modifications in how personal data is used. In such instances, comprehensive explanations will be provided via policy updates along with pop-ups or page prompts so that voluntary permission can be obtained from you explicitly. (A)How do we collect your information

 

(1) Registering as a Member

We provide membership services to you through a Doorzo platform. To use our membership services, you need to create a Doorzo account and provide your email address and password.

If you provide a nickname and profile, they will be publicly displayed. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your ability to browse, bookmark, or purchase on Doorzo.

 

(2) Shipping Address Information

When you engage in shopping activities, we will need you to provide your shipping address and contact phone number so that we can provide logistics services for you. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide shopping services for you.

If you already have a Doorzo account, we may display your aforementioned personal information (excluding shipping address information) and the actions you perform on the platform, including showing your profile, benefits, and transaction orders through the platform account. We will respect your choices regarding platform services and platform account settings.

 

(B) How We Use Your Information

 

(1) Displaying Product or Service Information to You

To show you product or service information that better meets your needs, we collect and use your browsing and search records, device information, and login information when you visit or use the platform.  Specifically:

Device Information: Based on your specific operations during access and/or use, we receive and record device-related information (including device model, operating system version, device settings, MAC address and IMEI, IDFA, OAID, and other device identifiers, device environment, mobile app lists, and hardware and software information). We also collect device location-based information (including GPS location authorized by you, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information).

Service Log-in Information: When you access or use products or services provided on the platform website or APP, we automatically collect and record detailed usage information as service logs, including browsing history, click records, search queries, favorites, items added to the cart, transactions, after-sales activities, sharing and posting information, as well as IP addresses, browser types, telecommunications carriers, language settings, access dates, and times.

Please note that individual device information and service log information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or if we use it in combination with personal information, during the period of combination, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless authorized by you or required by law, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.

 

(2) Providing You with Favorites, Cart Addition, Follow, and Share Functions

While browsing our website or APP, you can choose your favorite items and add them to your shopping cart, establish relationships with merchants/brands/other members you are interested in, and share product/service information with third parties through the functionality components we provide. During your usage of these functions, we collect service login information, including records of your favorites and cart additions, follow relationships, and sharing history, to achieve the aforementioned functions and other purposes explicitly communicated to you.

 

(3) Assisting You in Placing Orders and Order Management

When you place orders for specific products and/or services on our platform, we generate orders for purchasing these products and/or services through our system. During the ordering process, you are required to provide at least your name, shipping address, and contact phone number. The order will also include details of the purchased items and/or services, a specific order number, order creation time, the amount you need to pay, and any remarks you provide. We collect this information to help you complete transactions smoothly, ensure the security of your transactions, facilitate order inquiries, provide customer service and after-sales support, and for other purposes explicitly communicated to you.

You can place orders for others through Doorzo. In such cases, you need to provide the others' personal information of the actual receiver and ensure that you have obtained their permission.

To help you understand, inquire, and manage order information, we collect order information generated during your usage of our services to display to you and facilitate your order management.

You can provide additional information such as alternative contact numbers and preferred delivery period to ensure accurate delivery of goods.

You can view and manage your order information through the "My Orders" section.

 

(4) Assisting You in Completing Payments

After you place an order, you need to choose a payment method (including PayPal, credit cards, and other payment methods, which can referred to as "payment methods"). We will share your Doorzo order payment-related information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundry laws with payment companies through embedded payment software development kits (SDKs) in the application.

To ensure that we are promptly informed and confirm the progress and status of your payment, we provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment-related information from your chosen transaction partner or other financial institutions you select.

 

(5) Assisting in Completing the Delivery of Goods or Services to You

In order to ensure smooth, safe, and accurate delivery of your purchased products or services, we will transfer order-related delivery information to the logistics information system and technology service providers for Doorzo. They will then synchronize this information with the chosen logistics delivery entity based on your selection of product or service provider. You understand and agree that the corresponding logistics delivery entity unavoidably gains access to and uses your delivery information for completing the delivery.

For the purpose of providing you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we need to be promptly informed and confirm the delivery progress and status. You agree that we may collect information related to delivery progress from logistics service providers.

 

(6) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

When you contact us or submit inquiries, requests, disputes, or complaints during pre-sales, sales, or after-sales processes, we require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity and ensure the security of your account and system.

To facilitate communication with you, promptly assist you in resolving issues, and record the handling process and results of relevant issues, we may retain records of your communication, correspondence/call logs, and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave). If you inquire about, complain about, or provide feedback regarding a specific order, we will use your account and order information.

For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use other information provided by you, including relevant information you provide when contacting customer service or survey responses you send us during questionnaire surveys.

 

(7) Providing You with Public Posting Features such as Comments and Q&A

You can publicly post information through the comments, Q&A, reviews, and other information-sharing features we provide, including posting text, images, reviews, and Q&A content as a member.

Please note that the information you publicly post may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information about you or others, such as uploading images containing personal information when writing reviews. Please carefully consider whether to share or publicly disclose such information when using our services. If the information you publicly post involves the personal information of others, you must obtain their permission before posting.

 

(8) Providing Security Protection

To enhance the security of your use of our services and the services provided by our affiliated companies and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from infringement, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyberattacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or relevant agreements and rules, we embed application security SDKs developed by our affiliated companies in the application to collect your device information and service log information. We may also use or integrate your membership information, transaction information, device information, service log information, and information obtained with your authorization or as required by law from our affiliated companies and partners to comprehensively assess the risk to your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

 

(9) Other Additional Services We Provide

To offer you more convenient and high-quality products and/or services and improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services. Not providing this information will not affect your basic services such as browsing, searching, and purchasing, but you may not be able to enjoy the enhanced user experience these additional services provide. These additional services include:

1. Location-Based Recommendation Service: We may access and obtain your location information after you enable location permission to provide you with page displays, products, and/or services that better meet your needs based on your location, such as recommending nearby discount information.

2. Camera/Camcorder-Based Additional Services: You can use this feature after enabling camera/camcorder permission to scan QR codes for login, shopping, and receiving discount information, take photos or videos for reviews and sharing, and use authorized facial recognition in specific scenarios. When you use facial recognition through this additional feature, we collect your facial features and strictly use them within the scope of your authorization. If we plan to use your facial information for providing other products and/or services in the future, we will confirm with you again. Please note that even if you have granted camera/camcorder permissions, we will only access information when you actively use the camera/camcorder for actions such as taking photos, recording, or scanning QR codes.

3. Photo/Video Access and Upload Service Based on Album (Image/Video Library): After enabling album permissions, you can upload your photos/images/videos to change your profile picture, post comments/shares, take photos for shopping or provide proof during communication with customer service. We may use the photos/images you upload to identify products or services you wish to purchase or use comments containing the photos/images you upload.

4. Microphone-Based Voice Technology Related Additional Services: You can use the microphone to access related services after granting microphone permissions. In these functions, we collect your voice information to meet your needs. Please note that even if you have granted microphone permissions, we will only access voice information when you actively click the microphone icon in the client or record videos.

5. Storage Permission-Based Additional Services: We request this permission to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you grant us permission to read/write to your device storage, we will read from or write necessary information such as images, files, crash log information, etc., within your device storage space, to provide you with functions such as information sharing or local recording of crash log information.

6. To enhance user experience, when you use information sharing, such as sharing information with or from third-party platforms or users, participating in related activities, etc., we may read the clipboard and use the minimal necessary information related to the function or service (links, passwords, etc.) to obtain information about the products you want to purchase.

(11) Others

1. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing this personal information to Doorzo. If it involves the personal information of minors, you need to obtain the permission of the corresponding guardian before publishing. In the above-mentioned cases, the guardian has the right to contact us through the means specified in Article 8 of this policy to request correction or deletion of content involving the personal information of children.

2. If we use the information for purposes not specified in this policy, use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or proactively obtain your personal information from third parties, we will obtain your permission in advance.

3. If we indirectly obtain your information from third parties, we will explicitly require the third party in writing before collection to obtain your permission in accordance with the law, and inform you of the shared information content. For sensitive information, we will require your explicit confirmation before providing it to us. We will also require the third party to make commitments regarding the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. If the third party violates these commitments, we will explicitly request them to bear corresponding legal responsibilities. At the same time, our professional security team will strengthen the security of personal information (including reporting of sensitive information, encryption of sensitive information storage, access control, etc.). We will use protection measures and measures for indirectly obtained personal information that are no less than those used for the personal information of our own users.

4. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization Permission

You fully understand and agree that we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization permission in the following circumstances, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of permission, or information retrieval:

(A) Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;

(B) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement, or administrative law enforcement;

(C) Necessary for the protection of your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests but difficult to obtain your permission;

(D) Personal information that you voluntarily make public to the public;

(E) Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, information disclosure channels, etc.;

(F) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of agreements or other written documents with you;

(G) Necessary for the security and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as identifying and handling malfunctions of products and/or services;

Please note that, according to applicable laws, if we employ technical measures and other necessary steps to process personal information in a manner that prevents the data recipient from re-identifying specific individuals or restoring the data, or if we may de-identify and utilize collected information for research, statistical analysis, and prediction purposes in order to enhance the content and layout of the Doorzo platform, support commercial decision-making regarding products or services, as well as improve our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then separate notification and permission from you are not required.

5. If we cease the operation of Doorzo products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information. We will notify you individually or through announcements about the cessation of operation, and we will delete or anonymize any personal information related to the closed business that we possess.

 

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

 

(A) Cookies

To ensure the normal and efficient operation of the website and app, provide you with a smoother browsing experience, and offer secure shopping services, we store small data files called cookies on your device's terminal/system. Cookies help you access your information when you revisit our website, simplify the process of filling in personal information (such as logging in), provide secure shopping services, assist you in optimizing your choice and interaction with advertisements, and protect your data security among other things. We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this privacy policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You have the right to accept or reject cookies. Most browsers automatically accept cookies but you can usually modify your browser settings to reject them according to your needs. Additionally, you can also clear all cookies saved within the software. However, as a result, you may not fully experience some of our convenient and secure service functions.

 

(B) Use of Cookie-like Technologies

In addition to Cookies, we also use other similar technologies such as web beacons, pixel tags, ETags, etc., on our website. For example, emails we send to you may contain links to our website content. If you click on these links, we track this click to help us understand your product or service preferences, allowing us to proactively improve customer service experiences. Web beacons are typically transparent images embedded in websites or emails. With pixel tags in emails, we can determine if the email has been opened. If you do not wish to be tracked in this way, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

ETags (Entity Tags) are HTTP protocol headers transmitted between internet browsers and servers that can replace Cookies. ETags help us avoid unnecessary server loads, improve service efficiency, save resources and energy. Additionally, we may use ETags to record your identity, allowing us to gain deeper insights and improve our products or services. Most browsers provide users with the ability to clear browser cache data, which can be done in the browser's settings. However, please note that disabling ETags may result in a relatively less optimal product or service experience.

 

(C) Use of SDKs

To ensure the stable operation and functionality implementation of our client applications, and to provide you with more services and features, we embed SDKs or similar applications from authorized partners in our applications.

We conduct strict security checks on application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) that authorized partners use to obtain information. We also have agreements with authorized partners to implement strict data protection measures in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures for handling personal information.

 

3. How We Share, Transfer, or Transfer Your Personal Information

 

(A) Sharing

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Doorzo service providers, except in the following cases:

1. Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information with external parties based on legal requirements, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or requests from administrative or judicial authorities.

2. Sharing with explicit permission: with your explicit permission, we will share your personal information with other parties.

3. Sharing for necessary product or service provision: When you purchase goods or services through Doorzo, we will share necessary information related to your orders and transactions with relevant providers of goods or services based on your choices to fulfill your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.

4. Sharing among affiliated companies: To facilitate the provision of products and services to you based on your account, identify abnormal member account activities, and protect the personal and property safety of Doorzo's affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal information, subject to the constraints stated in this policy's declared purposes. If we share your sensitive personal information or affiliated companies change the use and processing purposes of personal information, we will seek your authorization permission again.

5. Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide certain services for you or act on our behalf. We will only share your information for legitimate, reasonable, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes as stated in this policy. Authorized partners will only have access to information necessary for fulfilling their duties, and we will require them not to use this information for any other purposes through agreements.

 

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Authorized partners in advertising and analytics services. We entrust these partners to handle information related to advertising coverage and effectiveness, but we will not share your personal identity information with advertising and analytics service providers unless we have your permission. Alternatively, we may de-identify this information to ensure that authorized partners cannot identify you personally. These partners may combine the above information with other data lawfully obtained by them to execute advertising services or decision recommendations entrusted by us.

(2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners who support our business, including those providing technical infrastructure services commissioned by us, analyzing the usage of our services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys.

 

(B) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except under the following scenario:

1. Transfer with explicit permission, With your explicit permission, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

2. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation involving Doorzo service providers, or other situations involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidations where the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, we will require that company, organization, or individual to seek your authorization again.

 

(C) Public Disclosure

We will only transfer your personal information in the following scenario:

1. With your explicit permission or based on your agreed choice, we may publicly disclose your personal information.

2. If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or severely breached Doorzo's relevant agreements and rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of Doorzo users or the public from infringement, we may disclose information about you, including the relevant violations and the measures Doorzo has taken against you, in accordance with laws and regulations or with your permission. For example, if you commit serious violations of Doorzo's rules by deceiving others for financial gain, we may publicly disclose your verified identity information and the violation.

 

(D) Exceptions to Obtaining Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

According to relevant laws and regulations, the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of your personal information do not require your prior authorization in the following situations:

1. Directly related to national security and national defense;

2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;

3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;

4. Necessary for the protection of your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests but difficult to obtain your permission;

5. Personal information that you voluntarily disclose to the public;

6. Personal information collected from legally publicized information sources, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosures, and other channels.

Please be aware that according to applicable laws, if we process personal information using technical measures and other necessary measures to make it impossible for the data recipient to re-identify specific individuals and cannot be restored, the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data do not require separate notification to you and obtaining your permission.

 

3. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

 

(1) We have implemented industry-standard and reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, data exchange between your browser and our servers is encrypted under the SSL protocol. We also provide HTTPS protocol security browsing for Doorzo. We use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information, deploy trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information, implement access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information, and conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

 

(2) We have established an advanced data security management system centered around data and based on the data lifecycle in the industry, improving the security of personal information from multiple dimensions such as organizational development, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We have dedicated departments for personal information protection and designated personnel responsible for protecting children's personal information. We conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

 

(3) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy.

 

(4) The Internet is not an entirely secure environment. When using Doorzo platform services, we strongly recommend that you do not use communication methods not recommended by Doorzo. Please use complex passwords to assist us in safeguarding your account security. If you discover that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact Doorzo customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures based on your request. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protective measures are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

 

(5) In the event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the incident-related information through email, letters, phone calls, push notifications, etc. If it is difficult to inform each individual affected by the information, we will announce it in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will report to regulatory authorities as required regarding the handling of personal information security incidents.

 

(6)Storage of Personal Information

1. Retention Period: During your use of our products and/or services, your personal information will be retained within the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this privacy policy. When you voluntarily cancel your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible according to legal requirements. For rules and procedures related to account cancellation, please refer to the "User Cancellation Agreement" in the appendix of this policy. Please note that after you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.

 

4. How You Manage Your Personal Information

 

You can use the following features to access and control your personal information:

(1) Querying, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information

You have the right to query your information. You can query your information by yourself through the following methods:

Account Information: If you wish to access or edit your personal basic information, payment information, change your password, etc., you can log in to your account, click on settings, and then query, correct personal information, and related account information.

Search Information: You can log in to your account and access or clear your search history through "Browsing History.

Order Information: You can view your order records, etc., under "My - All Orders.

If you are unable to query, correct, and supplement such information through the above paths, you can contact us anytime through Doorzo's online customer service. We will reply to your access request within 15 days.

 

(B)Deleting Your Information

You can clear your search information, etc., according to the methods listed in "Querying, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information."

You can request the deletion of personal information in the following circumstances:

1. If our collection and use of personal information violate legal provisions.

2. If our collection and use of personal information are without your explicit permission.

3. If our collection and use of personal information seriously violate the agreement between you and us.

4. If you no longer use our products or services.

5. If we permanently cease to provide products or services to you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and request them to delete it promptly (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your authorization independently).

After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

 

(C)Unsubscribe  Your Account

You can apply for account cancellation in [My - Settings - Account Cancellation]. When you apply for account unsubscribe, we will verify your identity, account security status, and Unsubscribe conditions. Please carefully read the instructions in the product unsubscribe process for details.

After you voluntarily unsubscribe from your account, we will stop providing products or services to you within seven working days and delete your personal information or anonymize it according to applicable legal requirements. (D)Restricting Information System Automated Decision-Making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide an appeal method without violating Doorzo's trade secrets or other user rights and social public interests.

 

(E)Changing or Withdrawing Your permission

You can change or withdraw your authorization for us to collect your personal information by modifying or deleting personal information, disabling device functions, unbinding third-party account links, etc. You can also withdraw all authorizations for us to collect your personal information by canceling your Doorzo platform account.

Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you change or withdraw your permission, we will no longer be able to provide services corresponding to the withdrawn permission and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw permission or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.

 

(F)Responding to Your Requests

To ensure the security of your account, we may request verification of your identity (such as asking you to provide a written request or other methods) before processing your requests.

For the requests you submit to us as described above, we will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can also file a complaint through Doorzo customer service or directly to our dedicated department for personal information protection.

We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests. However, for repeated requests or requests exceeding reasonable limits, we may charge a certain fee at our discretion. We may refuse requests that are not directly related to your identity, unreasonably repeated, require excessive technical means (such as developing a new system or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to others' legal rights and interests, or are impractical.

 

We will not be able to respond to your requests in the following circumstances:

1. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;

2. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

3. There is sufficient evidence to indicate malicious intent or abuse of rights by the data subject;

4. Necessary for the protection of the data subject's or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests but difficult to obtain permission;

5. Responding to your request would cause serious harm to your or other individuals' legitimate rights and interests;

6. Involving trade secrets.

 

6. Protection of Personal Information of Minors

 

In e-commerce activities, we assume that you have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor, we ask that you have your parents or other guardians carefully read this policy and use our services or provide information to us only with their permission.

9. Appendix

 

'User Account Cancellation Agreement'

Before you unsubscribe from your account, please read, understand, and agree to the following:

If you have any questions about this 'User Account Cancellation Agreement,' please contact our online customer service or email us at privacy@doorzo.net.

We kindly remind you that unsubscribing your account will result in us terminating our services to you, and it may cause inconvenience for your after-sales rights protection. After successful unsubscribe, we will remove your personal information from the front-end system, making it unsearchable and inaccessible, or we will anonymize it. You understand and agree that according to relevant laws, transaction records must be kept in the Doorzo backend system for three years or even longer.

 

1. If you still wish to unsubscribe your account, your account must meet the following conditions:

(1)There are no backlog orders in the account;

(2)There are no ongoing disputes in your order, including complaints or reports, or being complained or reported against;

(3)The account has been unlinked from other websites or apps for authorized login or binding.


2. During the account unsubscribe period, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, or investigations by national authorities, Doorzo reserves the right to terminate the cancellation without further permission from you.


3. Before submitting the unsubscribe application, please make sure to unlink other related accounts, which you can do by contacting our customer service.


4. Once the account is unsubscribed, it cannot be restored. Please back up all relevant information and data related to your account before proceeding with the operation. After unsubscribing the account:

(1)You will be unable to log in or use the account;

(2)Personal profile and historical information in the account (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, purchase records, etc.) will be irretrievable;

(3)You will be unable to access all records of logging into SIG SERVICE Co., Ltd.'s various websites or client applications through the account. You will not be able to log in or use the aforementioned services again. Any coupons, points, and other vouchers obtained will be considered forfeited and cannot be used further. You understand and agree that Doorzo cannot assist you in restoring the aforementioned services.


5. Unsubscribing the account does not exempt or reduce your account's responsibilities for actions taken before the unsubscribe.
