Why does my Rakuma order remain “Paid / Processing” instead of updating to “Purchased / Arriving”?
Certain Rakuma sellers require buyers to submit a purchase request before an order can be placed.
The item can only be purchased after the seller approves the request. Please wait patiently for the seller's response.
If the seller does not respond for an extended period or declines the request, you will receive a full refund.
