Service Overview

We offer the "Electronic Check" to protect your interests, a pre-warehouse inspection for digital products. This service is designed to examine the physical condition and some basic functionalities of digital products before storing them in the warehouse. Currently, the service is limited to cameras and gaming consoles.

Service Fees
Category Fee per unit
Cameras ¥1,000 per unit
Gaming Consoles ¥1,000 per unit
The cost for multiple items = fee per unit × quantity.
For example, inspecting three cameras would cost ¥1,000 × 3 = ¥3,000.
 
If a product listing contains multiple items, you must submit a support ticket to specify the items for inspection or pay additional inspection fees. Failure to do so before the items arrive at the warehouse will result in the cancellation of the inspection service, and the items will be stored in the warehouse without the inspection service being applied to it.
Please note that additional inspection services cannot be added after storing the items.
 
Service Process
• You may select this service when you purchase or when the order arrives at the warehouse.
• When storing, we will conduct the check; the results will be available on the order details page.
• Our inspector will take photos (Photos will not be taken at specific angles upon request.) of the item during the inspection for confirmation. The number of photos will vary depending on the product type. Please refer to [Inspection Criteria]
• You have 24 hours to confirm the inspection results or raise a claim. If no action is taken within 24 hours, the system will automatically mark the order as complete, and post-inspection claims will not be accepted.
• On the inspection results page, after clicking "Confirm no issues," the item will be marked as received (orders confirmed). Once confirmed, the order is final, and no further claims can be made. Please carefully check all photos before confirming the inspection results.
• If discrepancies are found, click "Item Mismatch - File a Claim" on the inspection result page. Claims must include supporting evidence and be submitted within 24 hours. Failure to submit within the given time frame will result in the order being confirmed as correct, and claims will no longer be accepted.
• The seller or official platform will determine the outcome of the claim. While we will assist with communication between our users, the seller, and/or the platform, success is not guaranteed.

This service only supports inspecting the following camera brands and gaming console models. For particular unique or older models, inspections may not be possible due to the inability to source compatible parts.

Inspection Criteria
The inspection will focus on specific standard checks and categorize items accordingly. The number of accompanying photos varies by product type and inspection requirements. Inspections do not cover aspects like camera image quality or unspecified functionalities.

Important Notes
• Once this service is purchased, cancellations are not supported. Please carefully read the user guidelines and essential notes before buying to confirm whether you need the service. A refund for this service will not be provided.
• If the product falls outside the scope of the service, the inspection will be cancelled, and the fee will be refunded.
• You must confirm the inspection results within 24 hours of receipt. Reminders will be sent via SMS or in-app notifications. After the 24-hour window, claims will no longer be accepted.
• If the required documents for a claim are not uploaded and submitted within 24 hours, the product will be considered correct by default, and the order will be marked as confirmed. After this deadline or confirmation, no further appeals will be accepted.
• All claims will be reviewed internally before submission to the seller or platform. They will be rejected if deemed invalid, and the order will be marked as complete.
• If the seller, or official platform approves your after-sale request, the relevant service fees (such as purchase handling fee, Electronic Check fee, domestic shipping costs, etc.) will still be deducted during the subsequent process.
• If the seller, or official platform rejects your after-sale request, you will be responsible for the cost of the product, handling fees, and any incurred service fees. The service process will end, and the order will be confirmed as complete.
• When multiple items are purchased with the (Electronic Check) , they will be split into separate orders, and no consolidation fee will apply to subsequent consolidated orders.
 
Higher After-sales Claim Success

Item lacks logistics protection
If the item lacks logistics protection and is lost or damaged during transit, the chances of after-sales success are reduced.

Inconsistent page descriptions
If there is a contradiction between the product images, title, and description (e.g., missing or extra details).success are reduced.
 
Conditions mentioned on the product page
If the product page clearly states conditions such as "damaged" or "non-functional," it cannot be used as grounds for a claim.
 
Items not part of the product
Decoration items, outer packaging, or parts not mentioned on the product page cannot be claimed.
 
Unclear product details
Claims cannot be processed if the product details are unclear (e.g., mystery boxes, official images instead of actual product photos, blurry images, or removed listings).

Q: Can I request a return or refund after purchasing the "Electronic Check"?
A: If an issue is found (e.g., missing or wrong items), we will contact the seller and official platform support, but we cannot guarantee success. The outcome depends on the claim result.

A: After the 24-hour period ends, the system will assume the item is correct, and the order will be confirmed. No further claims can be processed once the countdown expires. Please monitor your product's process and check any notifications sent via SMS or inbox.
 
Q: Can I resubmit evidence for a second appeal if my claim is rejected or failed?
A: If a claim is rejected or fails, the Digital Inspection process is complete, and no second appeal can be made. Please ensure that your evidence is clear and well-documented to increase the chances of success.
