Due to the complexity of transactions on second-hand trading platforms, there may be incidents of misdelivery or omission of items. To protect the rights and interests of users as much as possible, we currently provide a "Pre-storage photo service" for orders on all sites.
1. If you need to confirm the condition inside and outside of the package before storage for items on all sites, you can apply for this service in the shopping cart.
2. When applying, choose to open the product's outer packaging for photography. We will proceed according to your choice. Please note that opening will lose their "new" or "unopened" status for new and unopened products. If you choose not to open the outer packaging, we won't be able to assess any potential risks associated with the product since it will not be inspected.
3. We will provide 5 product photos (no specific angles available) for confirmation. If the product is not confirmed within 24 hours.
4. After photos are provided, you have 24 hours to review them and choose to either confirm the order or file an appeal. If 24 hours pass without action, the system will automatically confirm the order, marking it as completed on Mercari and Rakuma, and after-sales service will no longer be available. Therefore, be sure to check the photos or file an appeal within 24 hours if needed.
5. Before confirming the order, if the product doesn't match the description (quantity, content, etc., differs from the seller's photos/details), we'll help you contact the seller, official platform for resolution. However, they may refuse. So, please order carefully based on all available information.
Note
1. It's highly recommended to use this service for delicate items like glass, CDs, liquids, and ceramics to mitigate potential damages not covered by sellers.
2. Once the service is requested, cancellation isn't possible. Please decide based on your needs, as refunds for the service won't be accepted.
3. After providing photos, a 24-hour countdown begins, with SMS/site reminders. Please stay updated on the product's status.
4. Failure to upload appeal info within 24 hours, will confirm the product as correct by default, completing the order. After this, we can't support after-sales service.
5. Before contacting the seller or official platform, the reasons and data provided for the appeal will be reviewed. If they are deemed outside the scope of appeal, they will be rejected and automatically confirmed as completed. Additionally, the fee for the pre-storage photo service will not be refunded. Please carefully read the examples of "non-appeal cases" below before filling out the appeal reasons and materials.
6. If the seller or official platform agree to your after-sales application, relevant service fees (proxy purchase fees, pre-storage photo service fees, domestic shipping fees in Japan, etc.) will still be deducted during the subsequent processing.
7. If the seller or official platform reject your after-sales application, you will be responsible for the price of the product itself, handling fees, and the service fees incurred for you. Additionally, the service process will be concluded, and the order will be automatically confirmed as completed.
8. When purchasing multiple items simultaneously, orders that have applied for the "Pre-Storage Photo Service" will be split into separate orders. There will be no consolidation fee involved when combining orders later.
9. For orders with more than 20 items, we'll only open the logistics box and take photos of the contents inside, as we can't lay out the items for photography.
10. Please contact Customer Ticket before this service is finished for customized photography services.

• Incorrect Quantity

• Authenticity of luxury items, trading cards, and similar items
Luxury items, trading cards, and other similar categories requiring specialized qualifications are not covered by the guarantee.
• Items without logistics security
For items without logistics security, the likelihood of the guarantee does not apply if they are lost or damaged during transportation.

• Inconsistencies on the item page
Any mismatches among an item's image, title, and descriptions, including inconsistent descriptions, excess items, or lack of items, are not covered by our service.
• Testing the functionality of electronic items
Testing the functionality of cameras and other electronic devices after they are powered on or examining their internal structure and performance are not covered by the guarantee.
• Assembly and mobility of items in categories like toys and furniture
Items that require disassembly or assembly to verify their functionality are not covered by the guarantee.
• The quality of items labelled as 'junk' or the precise quantity of items marked as 'bulk.'
Items specified as 'junk' in its product description or those sold in large quantities are not covered by the guarantee.

• Items that are not included as part of the product
Decorative items, packaging materials, or external boxes used for displaying the product are not considered part of the actual product and are, therefore, not covered by our guarantee.
• Verify the item's condition, like its level of newness or the severity of defects.
Items lacking clear information regarding whether they have been opened, the inclusion of original packaging and warranty, or any other minor scratches, stains, or details not easily detectable by the naked eye are not covered by the guarantee.

• The item's specific content cannot be determined.
Lucky bags, unreleased items, those with only official images (not actual photos), and items with blurred images are not covered by the guarantee, as their specific content cannot be determined.
• Unspecified item quantity
Items with unspecified quantities in their descriptions or images are not covered by the guarantee.

Q: Can I process a refund or return after purchasing the "Pre-Storage Photo Service"?
A: If you encounter issues such as receiving an empty package or incorrect items after purchasing the service, we will contact the seller or official platform. However, there is a possibility that all requests may be rejected. Please refer to the final appeal result for whether it can be processed.
Q: Can I apply for after-sales service through the "Pre-Storage Photo Service" if I receive fake goods?
A: You can follow the process to appeal if you receive fake goods. However, due to the difficulty in determining the authenticity of second-hand goods and the complexity of handling such cases, there is a high chance of rejection by the seller or official platform. If you are concerned about authenticity, we recommend purchasing from platforms that sell authentic new items (such as Animate, Amazon Japan, etc.), or using official website links to make purchases.
Q: If I missed the 24-hour countdown in the SMS and site message reminders and later found issues with the product, can I still apply for after-sales service?
A: Once the 24-hour countdown ends, the system will automatically confirm the product as correct and the order as completed. Please make sure to monitor the product tracking, photo storage status, and reminders we send via SMS and site messages. After the countdown ends, all forms of after-sales service will no longer be accepted.
Q: If my complaint status shows "Rejected" or "Failed," can I re-upload and submit my complaint again?
A: If your complaint is rejected or fails, the "pre-storage photo service" process will be considered completed, and the order will be confirmed as completed. Therefore, you cannot submit your complaint again. When uploading complaint information, please provide detailed descriptions and mark any discrepancies between the text and images.
