The authentication service covers six major categories and multiple brands for a more secure shopping experience.

Authentication Fee for Multiple Items:

Total Fee = Authentication Fee per Item × Number of Items

Example: For 3 trading cards, the fee would be JPY 1,500 × 3 = JPY 4,500.

• Authentication Guarantee

After Doorzo Authentication, a certification label will be placed on the packaging to ensure authenticity.

Service Scope

Doorzo Authenticate is available on: Mercari, Rakuma, JDirectItems Auction, JDirectItems Fleamarket, Rakuten and Amazon Japan.

*Special Note: If you purchase an item from JDirectItems Auction and select "Doorzo Authenticate", the item cannot be shipped together with other items (i.e., bundle shipping is not supported).

Items eligible for authentication: TCG (Trading Card Game), shoes, clothing, jewelry, watches, and luxury brand goods.

When the item you purchased falls within the scope of "Doorzo Authenticate," you can choose this service. However, due to potential errors in category settings by the seller, items that do not meet the authentication criteria may still be eligible for this service. If such a situation occurs, we will automatically cancel the service and fully refund the authentication fee.

This service only verifies whether the item meets the craftsmanship standards of the brand and provides a "Yes" or "No" result. It does not evaluate condition, wear, defects, or other aspects.

Service Process

Step 1 Authentication Process	Your item will first be sent to an Authentication Authority. After authentication, it will be forwarded to our warehouse.
Step 2 Authentication Results	✓ Meets Brand Standards: If the item passes authentication, it will proceed to the shipping process. ✗ Does Not Meet Brand Standards: If the item fails authentication, we'll file an appeal with the seller to protect your rights. If the appeal is successful and the seller cancels the transaction, they will issue a refund, minus applicable fees (including return shipping within Japan, proxy fee, and authentication fee), and notify you once the refund is processed. ⚠ Unable to Authenticate: If the Authentication Authority determines that the item cannot be authenticated, we will cancel the service and refund the authentication fee. This includes but is not limited to: missing key authentication points, poor product condition, missing accessories, or post-set diamonds.
Step 3 Authentication Time	The time for a product to reach the Authentication Authority varies by shipping origin and method. Once received, the authentication usually takes 1–3 business days.
Step 4 Fees & Refund Policy	This is a paid service with fees varying by product type, shown at checkout. Once purchased, cancellations or refunds aren't allowed.
