Kuji
The following is an introduction to the rules and guidelines for participating in Kuji on Doorzo. Please read through carefully before participating.
1. About the Prize Pool
After selecting the number of Kuji draws on the page and completing payment, you can participate in the Kuji. The system will randomly draw prizes from the corresponding Prize Pool. You can click on the Prize image to view the Prize details and an enlarged image.
You can select the number of Kuji draws you would like to purchase at the bottom of the page. You may purchase 1 draw at a time, or purchase multiple draws in a single payment. The more draws you purchase at once, the more you save!
- About Probability
The winning probability displayed for each prize represents the overall probability across the entire prize pool and all participants. Each draw is conducted independently based on the displayed probability. As the probabilities are not calculated on a per-customer basis, purchasing more draws does not guarantee winning a specific prize, and actual results may vary.
*If you participate in multiple draws, you may receive duplicate items due to the random nature of the Kuji. Please make sure you understand and accept this possibility before participating.
2. Confirming Kuji Results
After payment is completed, you will receive prizes corresponding to the number of draws purchased. Kuji results are usually displayed after payment is completed, but it may take a few minutes in some cases. You can stay on the current page and wait for the results to refresh, or tap "Continue Kuji" and check the results later in Kuji Records.
Some prizes require you to select a style after winning. If you do not complete the selection within 40 minutes after winning, the system will automatically assign a random style for you. Once the style is confirmed or assigned by the system, it cannot be changed.
If you receive a bonus Prize, it will be shipped to the Doorzo warehouse together with the corresponding Prize.
3. Rules for Kuji Bonus Prizes
Some Prize Pools may offer bonus Prize campaigns. If you purchase the specified number of draws in a single transaction, you may have a chance to randomly receive an additional bonus Prize.
Bonus Prizes are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Bonus Prize styles are distributed randomly and cannot be specified.
Example: If the Prize Pool rule states "1 additional bonus Prize for every 10 draws":

4. Item Shipping
After the prizes are shipped out, they will be sent to the Doorzo warehouse. The seller estimated shipping time for Kuji items, pre-order items, and certain special items is for reference only and is not guaranteed. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to factors such as the manufacturer's production schedule, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the actual order status for the most up-to-date shipping and delivery information.
Once the item arrives at the Doorzo warehouse, you will need to pay the international shipping fee to have it shipped to you. You may also consolidate them with other items for shipment.
5. Purchase Notes

| 2 | Kuji items are randomly assigned. The specific item you receive will be determined after the Kuji result is confirmed. Duplicate items may be received, so please purchase responsibly. |
| 3 | Once payment is completed, the Kuji service is deemed to have started and been completed. Except for refund cases specifically provided in the User Agreement or platform rules, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are generally not supported. |
| 4 | Some items allow you to select a style from the Kuji results, but not all do. If you do not complete the selection within 40 minutes after winning, the system will automatically assign the item at random. Once the assignment is completed, changes are not supported. |
| 5 | The winning probability is calculated based on the entire Prize Pool and is not calculated separately for each individual user. Purchasing more draws does not guarantee a higher chance of obtaining a specific item. |
