I need an invoice. How do I download it?
If you require proof of the product amount for customs clearance purposes, when the order is in the 'shipped' or 'completed' status, you can click the 'Download Invoice' button.
After clicking, a popup will appear to confirm the download email, which will be pre-filled with the user's registered email address. You can also change it to another email address.
After confirmation, the invoice will be sent to your email.
Please note, you can only download it once within 24 hours.
