What if an item is authenticated as fake?
If the item fails authentication, we will start an appeal to protect your rights.
If the appeal is successful and the seller cancels the transaction, we will deduct the necessary fees (including domestic shipping in Japan for returning the item, the purchasing service fee, and the authentication service fee) and notify you via an inside message that the refund has been successfully processed.
