EL2 FU 10K for PS4 and some PS3 controllers
4x replacement analog joystick was found in some PS4 DualShock 4 came with PlayStation 4 Pro, and some PS3 controllers also use this version. The thumbstick module was made by Favor Union (FU). The stick controller comes with 10KΩ trimmer potentiometers in orange. The 14 prongs were positioned as the same as ALPS edition. Technically, the whole unit is interchangeable with EL1 ALPS 10K used in PS4 controllers, and other brands like ‘Scuf’ and ‘Razer Raiju Ultimate’ with ALPS joysticks inside. However, the trim pot resistor alone is not interchangeable with ALPS edition

In some cases, you can just replace the wheel in the potentiometer to solve specific problems like: Stuttering, dead zone, creeping, or not as responsive as it should be

80% chances of joystick problem are caused by the sensor. In another words, the rotary mechanism and the tactile switches are not the problem. De-soldering the unit with only 3Pin can be easier than replacing the entire module with as many as 14 prongs

For a soldering expert with no professional de-soldering wick braid, solder sucker pump or hot air rework station at hand. To make it easy, we suggest crushing the problem joystick into small enough pieces with a pair of pliers
