3. If combined packages exceed size or weight limits, the system will automatically split the order into multiple shipments with separate charges.

【Notes for Signing Receipt】
Before signing, carefully inspect items inside the package regardless of their appearance. We recommend documenting with pictures or videos. Preserve the original state, including labels and packaging.
Immediately contact the carrier for proof if any items are missing or damaged upon delivery. Please notify our customer service within five days after delivery is received.
Retain all relevant documents until our after-sales department resolves the issue to facilitate reimbursement and prevent complications.
【For Damaged/Lost Packages 】
1. If your package is damaged or lost during shipping due to mishandling or customs inspection, please retain photos or videos of the complete unboxing, starting from the unopened state of the package. Contact the carrier for proof and notify us within five days. We'll assist you by applying for compensation with the carrier, and the refund of your claim will be returned to you.
2. If your application exceeds the specified deadline or documentation is incomplete, Doorzo cannot assist in processing your compensation request.
3. Doorzo does not offer proxy purchases for fragile items such as glass, ceramics, frames, etc. As shipping compensation does not cover these, your insistence on purchasing such items is at your own risk. Due to the complexities of international shipping, Doorzo cannot assist in damages to items such as CD cases, paper products, and outer packaging boxes. Please refrain from purchasing such items if you are concerned.
4. Contact the carrier or customs immediately if your items are lost during customs or courier unpacking.
