Doorzo's customer service, order processing, and warehouse business hours (Japan Time) are as follows:
Customer Service : Monday to Friday 10:30–18:30 (Only limited support is available on weekends and holidays)
Order Processing : 10:00–19:00
Warehouse Business Hours: 10:00–19:00
