My item is not an air-restricted product but was marked as air-restricted. What should I do?
Please wait until the order status changes to "Select International Shipping", then clicking "Apply for lifting air restriction" on the logistics selection page to request the restoration of air shipping or confirmation of batteries.
If you wish to consolidate orders for air shipping, you can apply for air restriction lifting on the consolidation application page with multiple orders together.
After applying, wait until air shipping options become available before requesting consolidation.
Your request will be reviewed within 4–48 hours.
