新加坡Missed the blazing jewel acrylic stand & aurora card, but I mamaged to get the backstage pass (Exclusive to concert goers :D) and badge. Surugaya sent the wrong Valentine gift (Cater instead of Riddle) and I can return it, but Doorzo compensated with some points which I grateful for . Everything else, including another Valentine item, arrived perfectly with no damages! Even the paper products are not folded in any way. The inspection service is recommended for expensive items.
