I having unpleasant time dealing with doorzo customer service yet it was OK. The item I bought are guitar, at first I think it was the final price since other platform such ebay, amazon, shoppe, lazada, taobao,etc has include the shipping cost with the product so it will be done at once. But the unpleasant think is I ve no Idea they charge the shipping cost separately and it was twice my items cost. So if u wanna buy smth big make sure to calculate the shipping cost guys
