My biggest fear is my package getting lost during shipping, but I really didnt need to be doubtful of the app's shipping service since my package arrived safely and packed with surprisingly GREAT quality! (also, doorzo's customer service is awesome! they answered and assisted finding my parcel when my local logistics service sent it to the wrong address!)
