One item in my order was not the same as what I ordered, and I wasn’t able to provide a full unboxing video or photos of all sides of the box before opening. Despite this, their support team was clear and professional and reviewed my concern. As a goodwill gesture for a long term user, they credited 200 Doorzo points, which I truly appreciated.
