SingapuraOriginally, the package I got from Surugaya was too big for Doorzo Air standards, but I was sure that all the items would be able to fit! (especially since the biggest item which is Silver birthday set is less than 15cm) So I asked customer service if there is any way I can allow my package to be shipped by Doorzo air. Apparently there is! You can request for a repackage where Doorzo will to repackage the parcel into a smaller size! Which is how I managed to ship with Doorzo Air! Thank you!
