EBUM RETURN POLICY:
We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved - our customers, our vendors and to us. If you should have any additional questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Orders ship from the United States.
We do cover return costs and issue a full refund or a replacement for any item that was shipped to you in error or is defective or was damaged in transit.
If you would like to return an item, please use the Online Returns Center to issue a return request. Once approved, you will be provided with an authorization number (RMA Number) and return label. A return will not be accepted without a Return authorization.
All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 30 days may be ineligible for a refund.
Per Amazon policy, unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered the wrong size, etc.) returned due to no fault of the seller may have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund, and return shipping will not be covered.
Please send us back the item in its original packaging and condition with all of the parts.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received (clothing must be new and unworn, movies must be unopened, shoes must be new and unworn, etc.).

EBUM may test any product which is returned for being defective when it arrives. If found to be functioning properly and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we will deduct from the refund a customer fee equal to 20% of the product sales price.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
• Perishable items such as groceries, hygiene (Health & Beauty Items), pet food products.
• Hazardous Materials such as paint, cleaning supplies, or other chemical products.
• Items damaged or altered by customer.
• Open software for reasons not due to a Seller error.
Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are issued within 7 days of return delivery at our warehouse.
For security reasons, third party sellers do not have access to any of your credit card information. When a refund is issued, Amazon may take up to one week to process the funds back to your original payment method.
