싱가포르First time using this app to buy japan products. Very convenient and easy to use without needing to know japanese. Was worried about the no refund after placing order policy as one of the sellers did not ship out my order even after 2 weeks. Doorzo helped me to automatically refund my order after the seller cancelled the order on their side. Hopefully, there will be a chat with seller function soon.
