This was my 8th shipping. It was a bit problems with consolidations as some items didn’t fit so the items had to divide in two. This parcel was over 11kg. So I contacted to the Doorzo staff and he/she investigated about the issue from my videos and photos. He/she was apologetic and understood how I felt sad. So what I learnt is I always have to ask for extra bubble wraps and not too greedy to ask for packing the items in one box. Thanks for Doorzo staff to quick response for my issue!
