It has a special weave, and I've never seen anything better. The leather used for the lining has a nice texture. It has some tears, but is still in wearable condition. When I bought it, I was told that it was probably worn by jazz musicians in the 1920s and 1930s, based on the logo on the inside and the obviously special specifications. I owned it as a collector's item.
