Damaged cards

2nd order with doorzo & both times there were issues with at least one card. First time wasnt that bad but this time my cards arrived creased and completely different from listed, cardboard reinforcement wasn’t listed as an available option in the checkout & I wasn’t notified of the condition of the item because I did not pay for the 300yen item verification. So if you want to make sure of the condition, top up for the additional service. Had to add other item cards but only had issues with one.
