When I had an unexpected issue with one of the booster pack openings from a seller, Doorzo contacted the seller for me and were kind enough to offer doorzo points for the hassle. If you are importing over $1000 to Australia I recommend splitting your order up into multiple shipments since the import fees were quite high, but now I know for the future.
