Confidence in shipping at Doorzo

I use Doorzo for my purchases in Japan, with Kpop, Shinee, Taemin and music merch, they have always sent things with care and they arrive in perfect condition. In this case, a polaroid was labeled by the seller as something that could not be sent through customs, I contacted Doorzo customer support to consult the item and a few days later I reclassified the product as a polaroid and I was able to send it normally. They responded quickly and solved the problem.
