First doorzo purchase

First time using doorzo. I like the interface as it allows me to browse on the different sites across japan. I had one issue with my item which i believe either was damaged during consolidation or within the domestic shipping to doorzo’s warehouse. The customer service was prompt and tried to assist me. Overall a decent experience using doorzo.
