How long can items stay in storage after arriving at the warehouse?
Doorzo provides 60 days of free storage (starting from the date the order is received in the warehouse), plus an additional 30 days of paid storage.
Please note that if international shipping fees are not paid within this period, the package will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
