Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of Japan proxy purchasing services, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been placed.
We provide multiple reminders when items are added to the cart and again during checkout.
Please make sure you wish to proceed before completing payment, as all paid orders are final and cannot be canceled.
