We pride ourselves on our service to our customers, shipping products out within 48 hours and always being on hand if our customers need us. We are really sorry but if there is no omission on our side, we are not able to refund you our initial shipping costs, or your return costs.  Also, due to the nature of the items, and safety is our number one, we cannot refund/process returns for baby milk in powdered form or liquid, and for the same reasons, we cannot refund any make-up.
