October 9th (Monday) is a national holiday in Japan, but the Japanese warehouse, customer service, and order processing departments will operate as usual.

Here are the business hours for each department:

Customer Service:

Customer service online hours remain unaffected: Working hours are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (JST)

Order Processing:

Manual order processing hours remain unaffected: 10 AM to 7 PM (JST)

Doorzo Japan Warehouse:

Warehouse operating hours remain unchanged, and receipt of goods is possible as usual.

International Logistics and Shipping:

DHL and Japan Post services, including EMS, for various shipping methods like Small Packet Airmail, Airmail, and Sea Freight, continue to operate normally. Shipments are dispatched 3~7 days after payment of shipping fees.

We have received a notice from Japan Post stating that they will temporarily suspend the e-packet service starting from September 30th.

At the same time, Doorzo will introduce Japan Post's new logistics service: Small Packet Mail (air transport).

Small Packet Mail is an official service offered by Japan Post, providing an economical and fast logistics solution for small, low-cost items, suitable for packages weighing up to 1.8 kilograms.
