FedEx International Shipping Overview
Shipping Timeframe: 5-14 business days
The shipping time may vary depending on the delivery address. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) or customs and local processing. Actual delivery times depend on the specific shipping conditions.

1.Shipping addresses must be written in English.
2.FedEx requires the recipient's real name. Failure to use a legal name may result in customs clearance issues or return shipments, and the risk is borne by the user.

FedEx calculates fees based on both actual weight and dimensional weight, whichever is greater, using the formula: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 5000.

Restrictions
1.Item Quantity: There are no restrictions on the quantity of items shipped from Japan, but check the destination country's import restrictions.

Package Size & Weight Limits
Size and weight restrictions differ by destination country. It is advisable to consult with FedEx prior to dispatching your shipment to obtain the most up-to-date information. In general, the maximum allowable weight is 40kg (40,000g), the maximum length is 150cm, and the total length plus girth must not exceed 300cm.
Customs & Duties
Packages may be subject to customs duties based on the destination country’s rules. Tax policies, duty-free limits, and tax types vary. If customs duties apply, the recipient must handle the process and cover the costs.

Returns
If the package is returned due to customs issues, unpaid taxes, refusal of receipt, or prohibited items, we will store it for 30 days free of charge. You must choose to resend the package and pay the shipping fee (return + resend costs). If no action is taken within 30 days, the package will be considered abandoned.
Note When Signing for Packages
Upon receipt, regardless of the condition of the packaging, take photos or videos while unboxing and keep all materials (labels, packaging, etc.) intact. If there are issues, contact the carrier to obtain proof of loss or damage and submit your unboxing documentation to our customer service within 5 days.
After-Sales for Damaged/Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, or due to customs inspection, keep the unboxing photos or videos (starting from the unopened package). Contact the carrier for proof of loss or damage, and notify our customer service within 5 days. We will assist you with the claim process, and once compensation is received, we will refund the full amount to you.
Excluded Items
Doorzo does not support the purchase of fragile items, including glass, ceramics, or picture frames, as these are not covered by shipping insurance. Additionally, CDs, paper goods, and product packaging are excluded from compensation claims due to the risk of damage during international shipping. In the event that customs or the carrier opens your package and items go missing, please contact the relevant authorities immediately. For all other concerns, kindly reach out to customer service.
