インドネシア・東ヌサトゥンガラ州アロール島の伝統イカットです。 2002年にアロール島で購入しました。このイカットは、手紡ぎ糸ではなくて紡績糸を使用しています。アロール島伝統の色合いで、えんじ色をベースに黒やベージュの糸が織り込まれています。黒い部分は天然染料で染められた糸を使用しています。サイズは22 X 146cm（+フリンジ部分10cm）未使用ですが、長期保管していたため、出品前に一度水洗いしました。モチーフは亀です。
