Those who have stepped into a supermarket, which is quite safely everyone, may have wondered what it would be like if every aisle, shelf and product suddenly transformed into something from the Pokémon world. The Pokémon Centre has taken that very idea and turned it into a full product line called Pika Pika Mart, launching on 6 December. It asks one simple question: what if everyday goods looked as though they came straight from a Pokémon run shop?
The Pika Pika Mart collection contains ✧˚ ⋆。 ˚twenty eight✧˚ ⋆。 ˚ items that imitate the look and feel of ordinary supermarket products. These include pouches, bags, stationery, snack styled accessories, aprons and storage items. The twist is that each one is designed to look like something you might spot while wandering through the aisles of a fictional Pokémon run store.

◆Pikachu Leads the Store Staff
At the centre of the lineup is Pikachu, who appears as a friendly shop assistant. One plush has Pikachu dressed in a shop staff uniform, complete with an orange apron and a matching headscarf. Another plush features Pikachu holding a shopping bag. This bag can be expanded into a functional, full-sized shopping tote that can be used to carry groceries.
To go with the plush items, the collection includes a full sized apron printed with the Pika Pika Mart design. The apron has a front pocket that can hold small items. There is also a green plastic basket with the Pika Pika Mart logo, which adds to the supermarket theme and can be used for storage.
◆Pouches That Look Like Grocery Packaging
One of the standout parts of the collection is the range of pouches designed to look like everyday supermarket items. Some of the small pouches come with a carabiner and feature Pokémon such as Skitty, Solosis and Vanillite. Skitty appears on a pouch made to look like a tin of cocoa, Vanillite is shown on an ice-cream themed design, and Solosis is featured on a small drink packet.
There are several larger pouches in the range too. One shows Machoke on packaging that looks like a protein powder bag. Another pouch uses Alcremie on packaging styled like a whipped cream carton. It has a magnetic opening, making it simple to open and close.
There is also a Rotom (Wash Rotom) pouch based on the design of a cleaning product. Arboliva appears on a pouch shaped like a bottle of cooking oil. Each pouch in the collection has a printed back label designed to look like an ingredients or nutrition panel, making it seem as though it could be a real product from a fictional grocery aisle.

◆Everyday Items Reimagined Through Pokémon
The Pika Pika Mart line extends beyond pouches into items that echo household goods found in any home. A toothbrush pouch set decorated with Bruxish and Mareanie resembles a personal care item. A laundry bottle featuring Marill and Azumarill looks like a detergent container.
A Psyduck multi case is included as a compact storage accessory. The simple design makes use of Psyduck’s familiar, slightly bewildered expression which adds a touch of humour. There are also consumable styled products such as gummies themed around Solosis and a tea tin designed with Roserade and Indeedee.

◆Stationery Styled Like Shop Goods
The stationery in the Pika Pika Mart line follows the same playful supermarket theme, with a twin highlighter set using the brand’s signature colours, and a set of assorted sticky notes styled like product labels or shelf talkers. Two B6 ring notebooks take their look from bread and cream packaging, while a three-sheet A4 clear file set features several designs based on the mock grocery branding. There is also a rubber magnet showing two Pikachu in the Pika Pika Mart style.
◆Release Schedule and Availability
The collection includes additional items beyond those mentioned above and will be available on the Pokémon Centre Online from the morning of 4 December.
With its distinctive Pika Pika Mart theme and balanced combination of collectible and functional items, the range is expected to be highly sought after by those who have an interest in Pokémon.
